Nguyen Ngoc Luong expressed his happiness as the team arrived to present flowers at the Great President Ho Chi Minh Monument on the first day of the tour. He noted that the monument is respectfully positioned in the middle.

The heart of Havana is a potent representation of the two nations' political parties, governments, and populations standing together in friendship and support. The youthful generation is in charge of protecting, nurturing, and promoting the unique solidarity and loyalty connection between Vietnam and Cuba, which is a priceless asset of the two nations.

"On the occasion of visiting Cuba, the high-ranking delegation of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union was deeply touched and honored to visit and present flowers in remembrance of President Ho Chi Minh," Nguyen Ngoc Luong wrote in the scrapbook. The young people of Vietnam and Cuba express their unending gratitude and promise to uphold the vision that Uncle Ho and the leaders of the two nations have chosen.

The team went and worked at the April Publishing House of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth Union of Cuba that morning, as well as laid flowers at the hero José Marti's monument.
