Tran Hong Ha's Biography

Vietnam Minister of Natural resources and Environment Tran Hong Ha was born on April 19, 1963, as a native citizen of Kim Loc commune, Can Loc district, Ha Nam province. He joined the Communist Party of Vietnam on July, 24, 1990 and became an official member on July 24, 1991. Minister Tran Hong Ha was an alternate member of the Party Central Committee on the 11th tenure and member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam on the 12th tenures, according to VGP.
