(VNF) - Referring to Cao Bang, many people immediately think about many mountains, forests, rivers, streams, stretching majestically, immensely; and the nature is still pristine and native. Then, we must mention the specialties which everyone has to eat through a time in Cao Bang that you are not to be forgotten.
Cao Bang is the first province in north-east Vietnam. The western borders Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang, The south borders Bac Kan and Lang Son, The north and east borders Guangxi (China).
Ant Eggs Cake
Just around April, May every year, Tay ethnic people in Cao Bang together into the woods looking for baking black ant eggs ant eggs. Egg Cake reviews (Tay language called peng ray) is made from sticky rice flour, ant eggs with leaves of the fig tree.

Sauté cake (Banh ap chao)
Sauté cake is a favorite dish of Cao Bang people in winter. It is made from sticky rice powder, stuffing by minced duck or fried onion pork. That all put into a mould and fry in a boiling oil pan for a while.
