According to a report by Sohu.com, the event took place in Changsha, Hunan on May 29. The Lamborghini owner considered that it was a good idea to use his fiery exhaust for cooking his skewers, reported Daily Mail.

The guy put the skewer in front of the fire exhaust, and flames started blowing on the meat, making the stick bounce back and forth. This lasted only a few seconds, and the obvious happened – the car started to fill with smoke. It doesn't take much to figure out that redlining a powerful V12 on a Lambo Aventador while it's parked will eventually lead to overheating.

The said Lambo started to shed red tears from all the smoke that started to come out. The high temperature caused the car's expansion tank to burst, spewing red coolant all around. Luckily, things ended there, and the sports car didn't catch fire.

The men, despite being car fanatics, are left in shock with none of them appearing to know what to do.

On Chinese social media, some people said that it was the most expensive kebab in history, while others went to describe how commoners cannot understand the rich people's world.

Many slammed the men not just for their stupidity but also pompous show of wealth. Many car lovers also noted that the luxury car is infamous for burning to the ground unexpectedly while drivers do such maneuvering and pointed out that they are lucky, it didn’t lead to a fire accident.

The Drive explained that like many modern cars with crackle tunes, the “Lamborghini Aventador occasionally dumps raw fuel into the exhaust, where it combusts and shoots flames”. The men used this trick to cook the kebabs.

Experts have suggested that the accident happened because the Lamborghini was being revved while cold but as it isn't getting up to high temperatures and the thermostat was closed.

This means that the driver was creating a lot of pressure in the coolant lines despite no need to cool the engine, so with nowhere to go the pressure keeps building until something fails.

It appears the plastic coolant tank ruptured, causing the blood-red coolant to stream out over the floor.

The crazy stunt, however, ended up burning a hole in his pocket after he was served with a bill of 500,000 Yuan for repairs, Today Online reported.

Lamborghini Aventador can reach a top speed of 217mph but come with a hefty price tag of around USD 450,000.

However in China the supercar can cost as much as USD 1 million (over 2 million Yuan) due to taxes by the government to tackle expensive spending habits and emissions.
