The festival was organized by the Korean Association in Hanoi in the framework of celebrating the 31st anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and South Korea.

In his remarks, Chang Eun Sook, President of the Korean Association in Hanoi, stressed that Vietnam and South Korea have formed a strong bond and built a close diplomatic relationship over the years, and the Koreans and Vietnamese always support each other.

The community of 240,000 Vietnamese people in South Korea, 200,000 Koreans in Vietnam, and 100,000 mixed families in the two countries have connected and shared cultural values.

The 2023 Vietnam - South Korea Friendship Cultural Road presented hundreds of booths from the Korea Tourism Administration in Vietnam, the Korean Cultural Center, and businesses such as Woori Bank or Samsung.

The public can enjoy performances from Vietnamese and Korean artists such as Cha-yeon Ka-rak So-ri Na-num band, with traditional music and perfect harmonies of the Opera Pilgrim team and Gu-rang Bul-su. Two young Vietnamese artists participating in this event are Hoang Ton and Liz Kim Cuong.

On December 3, the Vietnam - South Korea Friendship Cultural Road Festival 2023 continued to take place with many exciting activities. There were several music performances, art balloons, and dances. In the evening, there were hip-hop performances from famous Korean dance groups, with the presence of talented singer Wax.
