The event attracted about 500 Vietnamese students studying and working in the Republic of Korea (RoK), creating opportunities to connect with businesses, find jobs, and get career orientation.

Job Fair 2025 is not only a place for Korean and Vietnamese businesses to recruit quality human resources but also an opportunity for Vietnamese students to improve their competitiveness in the labor market. Through direct consultation sessions, students are guided on how to write a resume, choose a suitable career, and participate in job interviews at the event.

Within the framework of the program, VSAK organized a discussion with the theme "Orientation and Career Development 2025", gathering many prestigious speakers such as Nguyen Quang Phuoc, Chairman of the Vietnam Innovation Network in Korea, Do Ngoc Luyen, Professor at Kwangwoon University, Doan Manh Cuong, Project Manager of FPT Korea and Dinh Tuan Anh, CEO of AT IRTECHKOR. Practical sharing from speakers helps students have a clearer view of the career development path in the RoK.

Deputy Ambassador of Vietnam to the RoK Nguyen Thi Thai Binh highly appreciated VSAK's efforts in connecting students with employers. She emphasized that Job Fair 2025 creates favorable conditions for students to find jobs and promotes people-to-people exchange and human resource cooperation between Vietnam and the RoK, contributing to the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.

Vu Duc Luong, Chairman of VKLINKS International Trade & Service Company Limited, and co-organizer of the event, also shared, “The festival is not only a recruitment opportunity but also helps students hone soft skills, improve communication skills and grasp career trends."

Chairman of the Vietnamese Student Association in Korea Nguyen Tran Hung affirmed that Vietnamese students are always highly appreciated for their capacity and working attitude. However, lack of experience and access to employers remains a major challenge. Therefore, Job Fair 2025 provides job opportunities and equips students with the necessary skills in applying, interviewing, and the labor market.

In the coming time, VSAK will continue to organize many practical activities, supporting Vietnamese students in the RoK in their career development journey, opening up more job opportunities, and integrating deeply into the international working environment.
