First Filipino Food Festival in Hanoi
(VNF) - The Sheraton Hanoi Hotel has launched the first Filipino Food Festival - Linamnam 2016, October 1st-16th, a gastronomic feast capturing the authentic flavours and popular dishes of contemporary Philippine cuisine.

The event is co-organized by the Philippine Embassy in Vietnam, Philippine Department of Agriculture, and Sheraton Hanoi Hotel as part of a concerted effort to bolster cultural exchange and cooperation between the countries.
Colourful and flavourful dishes of the Philippines including Fish Kinilaw, Lechon Belly, Puto Kutsinta and dessert from the fruits and cakes, are introduced by Chef Arnold Bernardo, the 2010 Ultimate Chef Warrior, at the buffer at Oven D'or Restaurant.
Visitors also have a chance learn more about the rich and perse cultural heritage of the Philippines though many varied events during the festival and enter a lucky draw at the end of the Linamnam Food Festival to win a trip to Manila – the capital of the Philippines./.
