Hai Duong province urges locals to install Bluezone app

The Provincial People's Committee requested: Heads of departments, agencies, socio-political organizations to drastically instruct and force all cadres, civil servants, officials, employees to install the app on their personal smartphone. Each official must set an exemplary mirror for themselves and their loved ones.
The Committee also appoints supervisors to make records of entrance and exit activities at the headquarters, requires everyone to install and run Bluezone. Bluezone-installing instructions are shown on printed flyers or projected on digital banners.
The Provincial Youth Union proactively supports the health sector and local agencies and units to install and contact tracing by using Bluezone.
The Management Board of Industrial Zones of the province propagates to enterprises to instruct and ask all employees to use the contact tracing app.
The Department of Education and Training direct training institutions in the province to require all teachers, students and students to have their smartphones installed with Bluezone. Schools are asked to sent text messages to students’ parents, urging them to remind their children of installing the app.
The Department of Transport directs to display Bluezone installment notices at bus stations, and on different means of mass transit.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism directs and guides restaurants, hotels, organizations and businesses to disseminate and recommend customers using their service to install the app. Printed and digital notices will be widely displayed at public places and inside elevators. Service providers must make sure to notify visitors of installing Bluezone.
Hai Duong province is targeting that at least 60 percent of residents have their smartphone installed with Bluezone. Phone numbers and detailed information of F0, F1, F2 must be sent to the Department of Information and Communications on daily basis, helping the locality to localize, control and stamp put the outbreak in the soonest time.
People's Committees of communes, wards and towns are asked to deploy repeated propaganda to local residents via local radio system. Local authorities must go from door to door to remind households of declaring their medical history, following epidemic prevention and control measures, installing Bluezone app.
