According to Do Dinh Hong, Director of the municipal Department of Culture and Sports, the festival's achievements extend far beyond record-breaking attendance. It inspired local residents to become active contributors, engaging with and enhancing the city’s creative landscape.

Hanoi's historic landmarks became the backdrop for over 100 creative events spanning 12 cultural industries such as architecture, fine arts, performance, cinema, advertising, crafts, and publishing. Notably, some iconic sites, like the University of Science under the Vietnam National University, Hanoi (formerly University of Hanoi), and the State Guest House (formerly Tonkin Palace), were opened to the public for the first time, offering visitors unique opportunities to explore heritage spaces reimagined as dynamic creative hubs.

The Hanoi 2024 Creative Design Festival has set a new benchmark for the city's cultural vibrancy, drawing an extraordinary 300,000 attendees during its nine-day celebration from November 9-17.
