According to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the main goal of the coordination plan is to recognize and improve commitments between the two sides on the basis of exploiting each other's strengths.

At the signing ceremony, Director of Information Security Department Nguyen Thanh Phuc said that building a child - protected network in the network environment in order to connect agencies, organizations and businesses to work together for children.

"Improving children's knowledge and skills in using safe internet to protect themselves and prevent acts of abuse on the network environment", said the Director of the Information Security Department.

According to Mr. Dang Hoa Nam, Director General of the Department of Children, Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, will focus on the survey content to assess the network problem, database forming and network controlling to children protection.

This is the first time Ministries cooperate closely in order to protect information in cyberspace and ensure children's rights.
