At La Pan Tan commune (Mu Cang Chai district, Yen Bai province) and Tan An commune (Van Ban district, Lao Cai province), MG Vietnam presented various practical gifts. New computers were donated to La Pan Tan Ethnic Minority Primary and Secondary Boarding School and Tan An Secondary School to support teaching, learning, and the application of information technology in these areas.

Additionally, computers were given to underprivileged students excelling in their studies. This is a significant step in narrowing the digital divide - the shortest path to knowledge and success - creating a foundation for the comprehensive development of the younger generation, the future stewards of the nation.

Moreover, over 2,000 doi tree saplings were handed directly to the local people in these communes. Known for their high economic value, doi trees not only help stabilize livelihoods but also contribute to environmental protection. This activity aligns with MG Vietnam’s support for the government’s Project 524, which aims to plant 1 billion trees from 2021–2025, affirming the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability and a greener future.

Speaking at the event, Deputy General Director of MG Vietnam Tran Nam Thang stated: "With a history spanning over a century, MG has always placed people and communities at the heart of its development. Through the 'Nurturing Hope, Shaping the Future' program, we aim to help students access modern knowledge and bridge the digital divide, empowering them to thrive and contribute to societal transformation. Simultaneously, we hope that today's tree sapling donations will not only support livelihoods but also spread the message of environmental protection, fostering a sustainable future."

In Tan An commune, Chairman of the commune's People's Committee Cam Tien Dong emphasized that these gifts are not only of material value but also a significant source of spiritual encouragement, contributing to improving the lives of the local people. The computers for students, economic development tree saplings, and gifts for disadvantaged households will be utilized effectively, paving the way for opportunities and positive change.
