After two years of implementation, six Vietnamese bookcases for overseas Vietnamese have been established in five countries and territories, including Japan, Hungary, Taiwan (China), France, and the Czech Republic. Daniel Nguyen Hoai Tien was born and raised in Orange County, California, in a Vietnamese family. However, during childhood, he had limited exposure to his mother tongue.
