From April 27, 2021 to now, the fourth Covid-19 outbreak in Vietnam with the Delta variant spread quickly, taking place in many provinces and cities, causing particularly serious losses. The number of people infected and the number of deaths increased rapidly. Facing that situation, all levels, branches, and the whole political system from the central to local levels are highly focused on "fighting the pandemic like fighting the enemy."

Currently, the pandemic situation is still very complicated, some places still have to take strict measures to prevent and control Covid-19. The number of people facing difficulties in life due to being in the blockade, isolation, social distancing and lack of work is quite large. While the resources of the Government are limited, Vietnam needs the cooperation and contribution of the whole society to support the pandemic prevention and control, especially to ensure the people's welfare.
