A photo exhibition on previous congress was opened by HanoiMoi newspaper on October 27th at its headquarters (No. 44 Le Thai To street, HoanKiem district) to welcome the 16th Hanoi Party Congress and the 12th National Party Congress.

As many as 70 photos about achievements of the capital over the 15 Party Congresses are displayed at the exhibition to help viewers have an overview about strong development of the Hanoi Party Committee over periods since its establishment on March 17th, 1930.

“The 16th Hanoi Party Congress is approaching. This is a major political event of the capital and the country. HanoiMoi newspaper is an agency of the Hanoi Party Committee, the voice of the committee, administration and people of the capital. In addition to political communications tasks on its publications, the newspaper also organizes other cultural and social activities to represent sentiment and responsibility for the capital. The newspaper organizes the photo exhibition on previous congresses to tell a proud story of the Hanoi Party Committee since its foundation," said Mr. ToQuangPhan, editor-in-chief of HanoiMoi newspaper.

The exhibition has three themes on the development process of the capital, including photos about Hanoi Party Congresses and activities of leaders of the Party and State with Hanoi; portraits of 22 secretaries of the Hanoi Party Committee over tenures; and Hanoi on development way.

The display will end on November 3rd./.
