The Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order will coordinate with the Hai Ba Trung District Police and Dong Anh District Police to arrange seven QR-code scanning points at the National Funeral Hall at No. 5 Tran Thanh Tong Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi, and one point at Lai Da Village, Dong Hoi Commune, Dong Anh District, Hanoi, the hometown of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
The Hanoi Police Department stated that to organize the state funeral of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong with dignity and to facilitate the visit of organizations, agencies, businesses, and citizens, the Hanoi Police Department and Dong Anh District Police have organized traffic flow management and road closures. The organizers will provide free electric vehicles for the elderly, disabled, and those in poor health attending the funeral.
Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh, Deputy Minister of National Defense and head of the inspection team for the preparation of the state funeral of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at the National Funeral Hall, requested that the participating forces and units carry out their tasks with the highest sense of responsibility, ensuring absolute security and safety.
Additionally, logistics, medical services, and disinfection of areas are strictly implemented according to regulations, to ensure the memorial service for General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong is conducted solemnly and safely, in accordance with the regulations of the Party, State, and military protocol.

1. Log in to the level 2 electronic identification account.
2. On the home screen, press "Send Condolences."
3. On the electronic condolence book screen, fill in the title and content of the condolence message.
4. Select the "Preview" button to view the content to be sent.
5. Select the "Send Condolences" button.
The memorial service for General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong will be held at the National Funeral Hall, No. 5 Tran Thanh Tong, Hanoi, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM on July 25, and from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM on July 26. The funeral will take place at 1:00 PM on July 26 at the National Funeral Hall, followed by the burial at 3:00 PM on the same day at Mai Dich Cemetery, Hanoi. The memorial service will be held simultaneously at the Thong Nhat Hall in Ho Chi Minh City and at his hometown in Dong Hoi Commune, Dong Anh District, Hanoi. During the two-day state funeral on July 25-26, national flags are flown at half-mast at State offices and public places, while recreational and entertainment activities are suspended. |
