The Australia-based prestigious newspaper has recently run an article praising the success of Vietnam's “fast, efficient, and cost-effective response” to the COVID-19 pandemic, not just once, but twice.

Zero deaths. It's an achievement amid the coronavirus pandemic that governments from the United States to Italy can only dream of, ABC News reported.

Vietnam's robust and effective response towards the outbreak of COVID-19 has been constantly making  international headlines. World major news agencies such as Reuters, The Guardian, Vox, WSJ have analysed and given the country's efforts rave reviews. 

As of March 23, Russia reported 367 infections, 1 death. For such a country with a population of 146 million and a lenghty border with China – the first epicenter of the pandemic which emerged late December, how is that possible?

The number of Covid-19 infections in the US has surpassed 31,000, and as the number rises, especially in New York, some states are acting quickly by ordering variations of stay-at-home orders for residents.

Several popular cities across the world from Paris, Rome, New York to Bangkok have become desolated with entertainment hubs, restaurants, and public gatherings shut down due to concerns over Covid-19 pandemic, contrary to the bustling and busy scenes as normal days. 

Google searches for coronavirus are trending globally and people are "thirsty" for preventive tips, which are suggested widely on websites by experts and researchers around the world. The Trending Google search topics may also suggest how far a country is in its response to the virus.
