Expressing admiration for India's remarkable development in socio-economic sectors, particularly in information technology, knowledge-based economy, and digital industries, Duong Van An introduced Vinh Phuc province as a region rich in historical and cultural traditions.
He emphasized the province's achievements in socio-economic development, citing its transformation into a model for industrial growth, foreign investment attraction, and its focus on key areas such as semiconductors, green industries, ecological agriculture, tourism, and logistics during the Doi Moi (Renewal) period.
He expressed his hope that Indian enterprises, especially those in information technology, digital technology, and healthcare, would explore opportunities to invest and collaborate in Vinh Phuc, thereby contributing to strengthening the Vietnam-India Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
Representing the Indian delegation, Harchand Singh, General Secretary of the All India Peace and Solidarity Organization (AIPSO), expressed admiration for Vinh Phuc's robust development and extended his gratitude for the warm reception provided by the province.
He stated that the 12th Vietnam-India People's Friendship Festival serves as an excellent platform for Indian citizens to gain a deeper understanding of the traditions, culture, and socio-economic development of Vinh Phuc Province. This would help foster stronger ties between Indian localities and Vinh Phuc.
