In difficult conditions yet with a spirit of responsibility and solidarity, the Vietnam - the Republic of Korea (RoK) Friendship Association of Hau Giang province actively implements people-to-people and foreign non-governmental diplomacy activities, as well as information work.

Room To Read Organization (USA) coordinated with the Union of Friendship Organizations of Hau Giang to create a “Friendly Library” at Mot Ngan Town Primary School on November 15.

Community development is also one of three activities outside of education and health that the Christina Noble Children's Foundation (CNCF) focuses on.
