On December 7, the Central Propaganda Department coordinated with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; The Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists to hold a photo contest with the theme "Pride toward national frontier".

Vehicles caught with Vietnamese map images that infringed on the national border will be handled according to regulations.
