Hanoi is implementing six solutions to improve the city’s ranking in the PCI in 2020, maintaining its position among the top ten localities in the index, VNA reported.

Quang Ninh has topped the country’s Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) list 2019, recently announced by Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and US Agency for International Development (USAID) on May 5.

Hanoi is setting sight to ensure its position as one out of ten business-friendly localities in Vietnam in 2020, after being listed in the top 10 of Vietnam’s provincial competitiveness index (PCI) ranking for the first time in two years ago.
