The annual event, the 4th of its kind, is hosted in Hanoi from September 7-14 by the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Vietnam (TECO) in collaboration with Hanoi College of Arts and Vietnam National Cinema Center.

Thanks to the invitation of Association for Liaison with Overseas Vietnamese (ALOV), journalist/director Nguyen Bong Mai will bring the exhibition titled "DARE TO LEAD A GLORIOUS LIFE" to Japan and Taiwan (China) as parts of the series to promote Vietnamese culture and harness the close connection of overseas community overseas to the homeland.

Addressing the importance of preserving the homeland's culture overseas, many Vietnamese language teachers living in different countries are bridging the gap between overseas Vietnamese children and the homeland.
