These clips showed acts like cars shielding motorbikes from wind, people pushing vehicles through floods, and opening homes to the homeless.

Typhoon Yagi has caused severe damage to northern Vietnam. People from southern and central provinces quickly launched numerous relief activities. Many localities have mobilized efforts to prepare banh chung, instant noodles, clean water, medicines, life jackets, and other essential supplies to help the northern communities overcome these challenges.

Vietnamese authorities have implemented safety measures for residents in high-risk areas, especially those in fish farms, boats in shelters, and regions vulnerable to severe flooding from high waves, storm surges, or heavy rainfall.
