In particular, the Binh Duong management department found 360 kilos of used condoms and thousands of condoms that had been packed and readied for sale, without any brand names tagged on in a facility in the province's Tan Vinh Hiep Ward in Tan Uyen Town on Saturday.

The facility was rented by Pham Thi Thanh Ngoc, 32, who was born and raised in the central province of Nghe An and currently residing in Binh Duong for work.

At first, Ngoc could not show the paperworks that verified the legal origin of the condom shipment. She claimed that she recieved thousands of used condoms from an “unknown delivering guy” every once a month. Her job after that was to clean, dry and sort the condoms before making them look fresh again for new customers.

More details about the illegal operation were not released. Authorities are investigating the case further.
