Vietnam’s tennis player rises in world rankings
Vietnam’s Ly Hoang Nam jumped two spots to 12th in the world junior rankings, after his entry into a clay-court tournament’s quarter-finals Trofeo Bonfiglio in Italy last week.

It is the highest rank for the Tay Ninh province-born player as well as Vietnam.

Nam will take part in the junior competition of the French Open, to be held from May 31st to June 6th in Paris.

As he is busy preparing for the second Grand Slam of the year, Nam has been allowed to withdraw from the Southeast Asian Games in Singapore./.
