According to the National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting, the North and North Central regions have rain and sunshine in the afternoon. Some places are extremely cold, especially in the Northern mountainous areas.

From the South Central to Central Highlands regions, the sky is clear with no rain, and sunny in the afternoon. In the Southeast region, there are places where the heat is 35-36 degrees.

Northwest region: The weather is forecasted to be cloudy and sunny in the afternoon, with light rain in some places. Lowest temperature: 12-15 degrees, some places below 11 degrees. Highest temperature: 21-24 degrees, some places above 24 degrees.

Northeast region: The weather will be cloudy and sunny during the day, with no rain at night. Northeast wind level 2-3. In the mountainous areas, there are places where the low temperature is harmful to people’s health. The lowest temperature is 12-15 degrees, in some mountainous areas it is below 11 degrees. Highest temperature: 21-24 degrees, some places above 24 degrees.

Thanh Hoa – Thua Thien Hue: The weather will be cloudy and sunny in the afternoon, with light rain in some places. North to northwest wind level 2-3. The lowest temperature is 14-17 degrees, in the South there are places above 17 degrees. Highest temperature: 21-24 degrees, some places above 24 degrees.

Da Nang – Binh Thuan: The weather is forecasted to be cloudy with light rain in some places in the North, and sunny in the afternoon. The south is sunny during the day with no rain at night. Northeast wind level 3-4. Lowest temperature: North 20-23 degrees; South 24-26 degrees. Highest temperature: North 24-27 degrees; South 28-31 degrees.

The Central Highlands: The weather will be cloudy and sunny during the day, with no rain at night. Northeast to east wind level 2-3.

Lowest temperature: 18-21 degrees. Highest temperature: 28-31 degrees, some places above 31 degrees.

The Southern region: The weather will be cloudy and sunny during the day, with no rain at night. Northeast to east wind level 2-3. Lowest temperature: 23-26 degrees. Highest temperature: 32-35 degrees in the East, some places over 35 degrees, 31-34 degrees in the West.
