Each Zhi Shan Foundation scholarship provides not only money but also emotional assistance from Taiwanese (Chinese) sponsors in the hope that the students will continue to attend school in good health and achieve their dreams. The sponsors also gave the children gifts, such as New Year's cards and lucky money envelopes, as well as wishes of luck and love from afar.

On this occasion, the Zhi Shan Foundation also collected some documents from the students, including information about their academic status, photos, height, and weight, and thank you letters from 12th-grade students sent to Taiwan sponsors, while also guiding them on how to continue receiving scholarships after passing enrollment to universities and colleges across the nation.

These documents will be updated so that sponsors are aware of the health and learning status, as well as the problems that their "distant children" face, allowing them to encourage and motivate them as soon as possible.

Previously, in January 2024, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province honored the Zhi Shan Foundation with a Certificate of Merit for its outstanding contributions to the province's growth.
