There are many community tourism villages to explore like Sung, Da Bia, Ke (in both Da Bac and Hoa Binh). Many authentic housing styles are still retained like wooden stilt houses with thatched roofs of the Tay people, mud-walled houses with thatched roofs of the Dao people, or thatched-roofed bungalows of the Muong people.

During the day, visitors can be immersed in the daily routines of the local community. For instance, in Sung hamlet (in Cao Son commune), the women gather to make handicrafts products. They not only make the products for sales but also to preserve the many cultural beauties of the Dao Tien people like calligraphy, Dao writing classes, weaving, hand embroidery.

It is home to 112 Muong households. The destination between the vast green lakes, high mountains and deep forests creates a surreal oasis.
