The Indian Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City will organize the Namaste Vietnam Festival 2024 in some cities of Vietnam from August 25-30.
At Ho Chi Minh City, it will be from August 25-27. The whole six-day event will be a mixture of Indian and Vietnamese cultural programs and with the presence of Indian celebrities.

The Namaste Vietnam Festival returns for its third consecutive year, fostering cultural, commercial, investment, and tourism connections between Vietnam and India. Over the past year, the festival has hosted a range of notable events, including the tourism seminar, railway seminar, movie screening, and India-Vietnam Film Cooperation Seminar, among others.
The past event also featured appearances by Indian celebrities, including Avika Gor, well-known in Vietnam for her role in the Indian film Balika Vadhu (Child Bride), actor Anupam Kher, film director Rahul Mittra, actress Helly Shah, and actress Yuvika Choudhary, to name a few.
This year’s Namaste Vietnam Festival will be a confluence of culture and commerce and is expected to become a great networking platform to foster dialogue for bilateral relations between both countries to boost tourism, trade, health, art, culture, music, films, and looking forward to the presence of Indian celebrities.
The first edition of the festival lasted for one month in Ho Chi Minh City in 2022 as a major program to celebrate the 75th anniversary of India’s Independence Day and the 50th founding anniversary of Vietnam-India diplomatic ties.
