Bao Nghi has just passed three prestigious universities' entrance in the US, Hult International Business School, University of New Hampshire and University of Massachusetts Boston with the TOEFL score of 107. Bao Nghi shared that she would attend Hult International Business School which she won a scholarship worth USD 20,000 per year.

At the time of high school, the young beauty actively participated in many activities of American International School such as President of AIS Gymnastics and Sports Council, AIS Women's Volleyball Team Leader, AIS Women's Basketball Team Member, awards honor GPA, awards for outstanding social subjects, awards for drama, athletes of the year at AIS, members of AIS Goodwill Ambassadors, members of the AIS United Nations' administrative groups .

The beauty was the President of AIS Gymnastics and Sports Council.

Bao Nghi said she had no decision to join Miss Vietnam when loving to study abroad. However, due to the Covid-19 effects, she is still learning online and thinks to give it a try. “I participate in the competition in a willingness of fulfilling myself and that is important to me to be able to inspire people. From a very strong-personality or sport-loving girl, can I become more womanly and perfect myself, ” said Phu.

Enabling herself to confidently compete the contest, Bao Nghi must undergo a severe weight loss process. Previously, exams' pressure made her gain much weight, but nothing stops the young beautiful girl to pursuit what she wants. Bao Nghi revealed that this was the first time she had been photographed in a long dress, swimsuit and an evening gown. The beautiful contestant believes in her efforts to become more perfect through the Miss Vietnam 2020's rounds.
