Professor V.N. Kolotov, Director of the Ho Chi Minh Institute at St. Petersburg State University in the Russian Federation, has expressed his confidence that General Secretary and President To Lam will exert every effort to continue guiding Vietnam's dynamic development and strengthening its position in Southeast Asia and globally.

Uch Leang, President of the Cambodian Alumni Association in Vietnam, is confident that under General Secretary and President To Lam's leadership, the Communist Party of Vietnam will maintain the appropriate policies for successful political, economic, and social development.
