Dang Vuong Huyen Tran, 21 years old, from Ninh Thuan Province, attracted attention of Miss Universe Vietnam 2021’s online followers with bright smile, sharp eyes and outstanding height. She is 1.76m tall and has body measurement of 86-64-96.

She said she had entertained the dream of standing on the stage of Miss Universe Vietnam since she was small. Now, it is a reality.

The success of H'Hen Nie – Miss Universe Vietnam 2018 – has motivated Tran to register for the contest. She wants to get out of her comfort zone, become the best version of herself, and spread good vibes to everyone.

The candidate from Cham ethnic group said she would introduce Cham culture to the audience. Huyen Tran wants to become the second ethnic minority contestant to be crowned in this beauty competition after H'Hen Nie.

H’Hen Nie was the first Miss Vietnam from an ethnic minority group and the first Vietnamese woman to be a top 5 finisher at a Miss Universe contest. Thach Thu Thao, 20 years old from Khmer ethnic minority group in Tra Vinh Province is another candidate for Miss Universe Vietnam. She is outstanding at the Miss Universe Vietnam online photo contest. She is 1.77m tall and has body measurement of 90-60-92.

Thao attracts the judge and audience with her outstanding height. In some shooting angles, netizens commented that she has a lot of similarities with supermodel Thanh Hang.

Thao is not a strange face to audience of Tra Vinh Province. This year she was crowned the first prize at the beauty pageant of South Can Tho University.

Thao wants to challenge herself and find an opportunity to learn more skills and experience. “I want to take action and raise my voice so that the women of my ethnic group will rise strongly in their life. I believe that with a warm heart and confidence, I can spread good things to everyone,” she said.

Sung Thu Thuy was born in 1995 from northern Ha Giang Province. The Nung ethnic minority girl impresses others with her sharp beauty and hot body measurement of 90-62-90. However, her limitation is the height of 1.67m. She was the actress of a number of Vietnamese films such as Barefoot Giants, Village Without a Wife.

Before competing at Miss Universe Vietnam, she took part in Miss Beauty and Intelligence, Miss Fashion Beauty 2018, Miss Charming Identity Vietnam 2019. But the final target she aims is Miss Universe Vietnam.

Thuy said being a Nung ethnic girl would be the difference, helping her to be loved more by everyone. The girl revealed that the reason for participating in the beauty contest is to be able to fulfill her dream of helping highlands people.
