At the exchange, South Korean students introduced students of Thu Dau Mot University in K-pop dance moves, while the Vietnamese students guided the South Korean students in singing popular songs praising the beauty of Vietnam, Binh Duong, and its people.

These cultural performances were rehearsed by students from both countries to be performed during the farewell event.

This series of programs provided an opportunity for students from Vietnam and South Korea to learn from each other, and share the unique cultural aspects of both nations.

Besides, students from both countries can explore similarities and differences of the university learning environment between Vietnam and South Korea, thereby learning from each other, and developing skills in a multicultural setting.

“We came from afar, but the students at Thu Dau Mot University welcomed us pleasantly. They are quite active and eager. We did charity work and had cultural experiences together.

These activities allowed us to get a deeper understanding of the traditional and modern cultures of Vietnam and South Korea, and new perspectives on student life in each country. I made new Vietnamese friends and have lovely memories here,” shared Jeong Minsu, a student from Pusan National University (PNU).
