According to Nhan Dan, the NASC is scheduled to give opinions on NA draft Resolution on some specific financial mechanisms and policies for Hanoi, the NA draft Resolution on recognising and allowing the enforcement of decisions of arbitration agencies under the EU-Vietnam Investment Protection Agreement (EVIPA), the NASC draft Resolution on the principles and criteria for the allocation of public investment capital from the State budget in the 2021-2025 period.

The session will consider the review of the implementation of Resolution No. 580/2018/UBTVQH14 dated October 4, 2018 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the pilot integration of the Office of National Assembly delegation, Office of People's Council and Office Department of Provincial People's Committee.

In addition, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly will also give opinions (the second time) to adjust the investment policy of some high-speed road construction projects on the North - South East route in the period of 2017-2020.

At this meeting, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly will also give opinions on the personnel work prepared to submit to the National Assembly; comment on some contents submitted to the 9th National Assembly (if prepared in time), reported by VGP News.

In preparation for the 45th Session, the Prime Minister assigned the Ministers of relevant ministries and branches to prepare the contents of their responsibility to report to the National Assembly Standing Committee.

Specifically, the Prime Minister assigned the Minister of Finance to prepare a draft National Assembly Resolution on a number of specific financial and budget mechanisms and policies for Hanoi.

The Minister of Planning and Investment shall prepare a draft Resolution of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly regulating the principles, criteria, and norms for allocating public investment capital from the state budget in the 2021-2025 period.

The Minister of Transport shall prepare the Government's Proposal on adjusting the investment policy of a number of highway sections on the North-South Eastern route in the 2017-2020 period.

The Minister of the Internal Affairs shall prepare a report of the Government summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 580/2018/UBTVQH14 on the pilot integration of the Office of the National Assembly delegation, the Office of the People's Council and the Office of Provincial People's Committee.
