The Government leader said that Vietnam prioritized digital transformation in some fields, such as health, education, and training, banking and finance, agriculture, transportation and logistics, energy, environmental resources, and industrial production.

"Vietnam needs to put attempts to become a digital, stable and prosperous country, pioneering in testing new technologies and models in 2030", said the Prime Minister.

The strategy also identifies 11 targets, including 7 economic, 4 environmental indicators. The pressures on Vietnam are to continuously grow, otherwise, the country will fall behind. "This year, we strive for 6-6.5% in development. The target may rise to 7% in the following year, but in the near future we will have to reach 8-9% of development on average," stressed the Prime Minister.
