AnQui Pho is designated the most expensive of its kind in the planet costing around USD 5,000 for a bowl. This dish is offered in the exquisite gastronomic menu of a restaurant specializing in Vietnamese cuisines in the US. The value of Pho is due to its expensive ingredients.

AnQui Pho is an extravagant dish that is made of blue lobster ‘noodles’, A5 wagyu beef, white alba truffles, foie gras broth, personally grown bean sprouts. The beef is the highest-grade of its kind in Japan and Alba truffle is a deeply valued and rare ingredient in the world.
According to the CulinaryScoop, a molecular gastronomy technique will be used to make the rice noodles out of a very rare and expensive blue lobster meat. Garnishing the soup will be the most coveted truffles in the world known as white alba truffles. In place of the traditional broth will be poach foie gras, which is very high end goose/duck liver, in a flavored stock and use that as the broth and garnish the soup as well. Last but not least for the bean sprouts and thai basil that are normally garnished in the soup are grown exclusively in the garden at Tiato.
