The Google Year in Search 2020, conducted while the tourism industry is heavily affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, reveals Cat Ba got the largest interest in Google's search engine. The northern archipelago has surpassed certain big names in the industry like Da Lat, Moc Chau, Nha Trang to earn the title.

Ranked second in the list is Da Lat. The place has always been an attractive tourist hub for local and foreign visitors. After the People's Committee of Lam Dong province allowed the tourist sites to resume activities in April, the place quickly regained its tourist influx.

The dreamy town is always packed with crowds of visitors at weekends or holidays.

Known as a leading tourist destination and resort in northern region, Sapa finishes third in the race. Given its favorable geographical location, year-round climate, attractive activities, Sapa is sure to give visitors a blast.
