According to Vn Express, the author making this fish basket is Ms. Nguyen Hong Thanh Khanh Linh, 46 years old. She owns a shop selling electricity and water supplies now. Growing up in a family with grandparents being very skillful in housework, she has been good at embroidery and cooking in her youth.

Ms. Linh always thinks that food is not only delicious but also tasteful, even if it is a daily meal. One year ago, she took an intensive flower-pruning course, which aimed to enhance appearance of her dishes.

"I felt that I was gifted to this field. I only learned to prune fruit, but I am able to practice on other ingredients. I found a way to make flowers for every ingredient," said Ms. Linh.

The first time she made boiled meat with shrimp paste, the meat was arranged into roses and then shared on the internet. She unexpectedly received praises and excitement from friends. Based on that motivation, she made roses from raw beef, raw fish, fried fish, char siu, fruits, vegetables or eggs. Even tofu and cake flour are also rolled into flowers by her.

Every time her foods posted online, she receives thousands of likes and many positive comments. She became famous and made many new friends online. The woman also enthusiastically shares with everyone her cuisines.

Recently, a number of brands often ask her to prune fruit and make cream cakes for their inauguration. More impressively, a company invited her to make them a bunch of rose from fish.

"They sent me a tank of fresh fish. I chose fish with the most beautiful lines rolled into flowers. I used to make roses from sliced carp or carp but not as beautiful as their fish. When I finished the flower basket, I didn't imagine that it was so beautiful", she shared.

With her ability, Linh was given the name "rose princess".

Ms. Linh said that she got used to this work, so it did not take too long for her to complete. For example, she usually spends 20 minutes to have enough pumpkin flowers for the stewed soup, which is about more 4 times of cutting pieces as normal.

"Since I run my home business, I have more time to make meals better," she said.
