The participants also discussed challenges and difficulties in connecting with the domestic community and proposed various solutions to enhance collaboration and promote the talents and intellect of Vietnamese scientists abroad.

Speaking at the event, Vietnamese Ambassador to Denmark Luong Thanh Nghi highly appreciated AVSE Global's initiative and the heartfelt contributions from the intellectual community. He emphasized the significance of the event, particularly in light of the recent issuance of Politburo Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on December 22, 2024, which focuses on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.

Ambassador Luong Thanh Nghi noted that the vast network of Vietnamese intellectuals, experts, and scientists abroad, most of whom were trained and have advanced their careers in developed countries, are exposed to cutting-edge scientific advancements and are working in leading industries. He stressed that as Vietnam enters a "new era of national awakening," overseas intellectuals are a valuable resource for the country's development.

The Ambassador called on Vietnamese experts, intellectuals, and scientists abroad, particularly in Europe, to "join hands" in realizing the nation's aspirations.

Professor Nguyen Duc Khuong, Chairman of AVSE Global, emphasized, "The strong participation of the Vietnamese intellectual community in Europe in this journey lays the foundation for long-term strategies, affirming the aspirations and responsibilities of Vietnamese intellectuals in promoting the country’s sustainable development."

Dr. Le Quy Vang, a representative of AVIDE, shared that although the association was recently established, it has already carried out several practical activities to strengthen community solidarity. In the future, the association will continue to connect and collaborate with community groups in Denmark and Northern Europe to implement concrete projects under the spirit of “If you want to go far, go together.”
