With its responsibility, the association will be a bridge to support businesses, so that they can soon access and negotiate to buy vaccines to support the prevention of the pandemic in the country.
In HCMC, Tran Hai Linh, president of Vietnam-Korea Businessmen and Investment Association suggested that in provinces and cities that are implementing social distancing, if wanting people to strictly abide by social distancing "stay wherever you are," then the issue of social security needs to be ensured.
Specifically, people need to be supported with food, necessities, and medicine bags to provide F0 cases with difficult circumstances. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen measures to support innkeepers such as exemption and reduction of electricity and water bills, easing bank debts, so that they have a basis to support difficult tenants.
According to Tran Hai Linh, localities need to ensure that there are always quick test kits and biological products to ensure fast and effective testing. In addition, provinces and cities need to apply tools to digitize, speed up the display and store data on the system, thereby helping health departments to coordinate human resources.
