The Ministry of Transport has asked the Aviation Department to develop a plan to gradually loosen the entry and re-connect some international routes, for submission to the Prime Minister.    

Vietnam will continue to close its border to international commercial flights and foreign tourists, said Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
