Heads of agencies and local authorities must be responsible for child deaths caused by injuries, serious violation of children’s rights, and violence and sex abuse as well as promptly deal with children’s right violation case, reported by Financial Times.

The Ministry of Health was asked to implement policies and measures to prevent and combat malnutrition among children under 5 years old.

The Ministry of Education and Training shall implement policies and measures to minimize the drop-out of children, especially in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall propagate and educate ethics, lifestyles, family behavior, and role models of adults; educate children to preserve and promote the national cultural identity and the values ​​of the fine traditions of Vietnamese families, reported by Ethnic News.
