Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Vietnamese Embassy in the United Kingdom has regularly coordinated with the Association to update the pandemic situation and information on citizen protection.

At the same time, the Vietnamese Association in the UK has also set up a hotline to support those who need to contact NHS regardless of age, gender, occupation, with or without paperwork.

The Vietnamese Association in the UK has been providing free meals to doctors and nurses at Lewisham Hospital and Kings Hospital in London every Tuesday and Saturday starting April 18.

The representative of Lewisham Hospital was very grateful to the sharing and encouragement of the Vietnamese community in the UK in particular and the country of Vietnam in whole. These meals are small but a great source of encouragement for doctors and nurses during the COVID-19 crisis.
