Avocado Ice Cream
Without whipping cream, you can still make avocado ice cream with a soft texture to help you cool down in the heat.
- Two ripe avocados
- 100 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 150 ml coconut milk
- Toasted shredded coconut
-Clean avocados, peel the skin and remove pits. Slice the avocado flesh into small pieces.
-Make creamy mixture
-Put whipping cream into a bowl and stir. Then add condensed milk and coconut milk and mix.
-Continue to mix the whipped cream with pureed butter, then pour into the mold and place in the freezer for about 6 hours.
-Scoop the ice cream into a glass, garnish with toasted shredded coconut and enjoy.
Note: Vietnamese Avocado Mousse Ice Cream is a rich and creamy dessert which is super easy to put together. It is a signature dish of Da Lat, a famous tourist destination in the Central Highlands.
At the bottom is a layer of mashed avocado. Then we top it up with a scoop of ice cream (coconut or vani, or your favorite light flavor ice cream), coconut milk, and toasted coconut flakes.
Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream

-250g chocolate ice cream
-5g baking powder
-40g chocolate chips
-A small pinch of salt
-Vanilla ice cream scoops
-Place chocolate ice cream in a large bowl, let cool to room temperature, then mix with flour, baking powder, chocolate chips, and salt until smooth.
-Pour the mixture into the mold (10x20 cm), put in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 45-50 minutes. Remember to preheat the oven for 10 minutes before baking.
-When the cake is done, open the oven lid and wait 5 minutes then cut into slices about 2-3cm thick.
-Place the cake on a plate, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and garnish with chocolate chips.
Chocolate Banana Ice Cream
A low-fat chocolate ice cream? It really does exist! Our blitzed banana creation is dairy-free and ready in minutes.
Ice cream is a sweet and refreshing treat. However, it's high in sugar, calories, and possibly additives and artificial ingredients. In other hand, vegan banana ice cream is a healthy alternative with less sugar and more fiber than classic dairy ice cream.
-3 large ripe bananas (peeled, sliced, frozen)
Bananas can tend to get a bitter taste to them after freezing and it's intensified if they're under-ripe So definitely use very ripe bananas for this.
-80 ml unsweetened almond milk
-60g pure cocoa powder
-5 ml vanilla extract
-3g cinnamon powder
-A few grains of salt
-Place frozen bananas, almond milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and salt one at a time in the food processor, and blend until smooth and creamy (add more milk if the mixture looks dry, not sticky). .
-Transfer mixture to a shallow plastic or glass container with a tight lid. Serve immediately, or for a firmer set, cover and place in freezer for 2 hours before serving.
-If ice cream freezes solid, allow to soften for 20 minutes prior to serving.
