We hope that the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations will soon complete the textbook on the Theoretical and practical basis of people-to-people diplomacy in our country so that the Academy can include it in the system of reference books or compile it into appropriate modules for our students.

The Academy suggests the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations send experts to participate in seminars and presentations on people-to-people diplomacy for the Academy's staff, lecturers, graduate students, and students.

We recommend the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations create practical playgrounds for students such as competitions, joint research projects, start-ups... connecting with foreign partners.

Every year, Da Nang grants about 150 scholarships to students from the Southern and Central provinces of Laos, including scholarships in Vietnamese culture, language, history, and geography for children of the Vietnamese Associations in these provinces. After graduating, students will teach at schools for Vietnamese people in Laos to preserve the Vietnamese language and culture

In addition, Da Nang has also been implementing the "Second Mother program” for Lao and Chinese students in the city. Through this model, the connection between foreign students and local people is enhanced, thereby helping them gain more knowledge and experience about Vietnamese culture. These are good models that the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations can replicate.
