On October 14th, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An province organized an art program in celebration of the 18th Nghe An provincial Party Congress for the 2015 – 2020 tenure.

The art program included a concert by 100 professional and non-professional local artists. The items were meticulously arranged and praised the Party, Uncle Ho and the love for the country, fatherland and life.

The program was considered a message to encourage the youth and the classes of people in Nghe An province to promote traditional revolution; praise the spirit of patriotism, self-help for self-improvement and, thereby realizing successfully the direction, goals, tasks and measures of the Resolutions given in the 18th Nghe An provincial Party Congress for the 2015 – 2020 tenure.

During past time, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An province launched emulation movements with activities such as an inauguration ceremony of the youth flag tower in Dao Mat, and the Revolution Propaganda Songs Festival to welcome the 18th Nghe An provincial Party Congress and the 12th National Party Congress./.
