Nurturing new Party members is a critical aspect of Party building and organization at all levels. It plays a pivotal role in enhancing the Party's leadership capacity. To effectively train new Party members, the Party Cells of units under Naval Region 3 have consistently and systematically performed this task. They adhere strictly to the procedures, and principles, with a strong emphasis on quality over quantity.
With that spirit, from the beginning of the year, the Party committees and commanders of agencies and units have concentrated on reviewing and selecting qualified, exemplary soldiers with strong political will, good moral qualities, and a high sense of responsibility in performing their duties. These soldiers are chosen for their motivation to excel and serve as shining examples within their units. They are then introduced as potential new party members, with a roadmap and plan for training, testing, inspection, and proposing admission at appropriate times. Particular attention is given to cadres and soldiers who perform sudden tasks under challenging conditions. Organizing admissions during such tasks has created momentum and confidence for new party members, enhanced the fighting capacity of the Party organization, and contributed to the successful completion of assigned tasks.
