Minh Phuong has interpreted for many leaders of Vietnamese ministries, departments, and agencies during their business trips to RoK.

Minh Phuong served as the bilingual MC for the 30th anniversary of establishment of Vietnam-RoK diplomatic relations with the participation of high-level leaders from both sides. Most recently, she continued to take on this role at the Vietnam-Korea Tourism Promotion and Cultural Cooperation Forum held in July 2024, attended by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

Minh Phuong shared that Vietnamese leaders frequently inquired about the difficulties that expatriates face in Korea and then discussed these matters with Korean leaders and relevant agencies to create more favorable conditions for the Vietnamese community. According to Phan Bich Thien, a compatriot living in Hungary, the overseas Vietnamese community is an important bridge between the homeland and the host country.

With their proficiency in language and culture, along with an extensive network of connections, expatriates play a crucial role in supporting Vietnamese embassies in the activities and engagements of Vietnamese leaders abroad.
