Portraits of eight female Secretaries of provincial Party Committees

1.The Executive Board of the Thai Nguyen provincial Party Committee organized a meeting on May 23rd, 2020, to announce a decision of the Politburo on personnel. According the decision, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai, 12th PCC member, member of the National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee and Head of the NA Standing Committee’s Committee for People’s Aspirations, was appointed as the Secretary of the Thai Nguyen provincial Party Committee for the 2015 -2020 period. Ms. Hai was born October 2nd, 1970, in Hanoi.

2. On April 24th, 2020, the Executive Board of the Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee and PCC Commission for Organization organized a meeting to implement decisions of the Politburo on personnel. Accordingly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, 12th PCC member, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Women’s Union, was appointed as the Secretary of the Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 period.

3. In July 2019, Ms. Le Thi Thuy, 12th PCC member, Deputy Head of the PCC Commission for Inspection, deputy of the 14th NA, was appointed as the Secretary of the Ha Nam provincial Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 period.

4. On September 10th, 2018, Ms. Giang Pao My, 12th PCC member, Deputy Secretary of the Lai Chau provincial Party Committee, was approved as the Secretary of the provincial Party Committee for 2015- 2020 period.
Ms. Giang Pao My, born in 1963, belongs to the Mong ethnic group. She is from Nung Nang commune, Tam Duong district, Lai Chau province.

5. In 2017, Ms. Lam Phuong Thanh, 12th PCC member, Deputy Head of the PCC Commission of Popularization and Education, was appointed as the Secretary of the Lang Son provincial Party Committee.
Ms. Thanh was born July 26th, 1967, in Gia Tan commune, Gia Vien district, Ninh Binh province.

6. In September 2016, Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tra, 12th PCC member, was elected as the Secretary of the Yen Bai provincial Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 period at the 9th session of the Executive Board of the 18th Yen Bai provincial Party Committee.
She was born in 1964 in Nghe An province.

7. In May 2015, Ms. Hoang Thi Thuy Lan was appointed as the Secretary of the Vinh Phuc provincial Party Committee for the 2010 - 2015 period. After that, she was re-elected to this position for the 2015-2020 period.
She was born in 1966 from Vinh Phuc province.

8. Ms. Vo Thi Anh Xuan was appointed as the Secretary of the 9th An Giang provincial Party Committee for the 2010 - 2015 period on October 2nd, 2015. Then she was re-elected as the Secretary of the 10th An Giang provincial Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 period.
She was born January 8th, 1970, from Thoi Son commune, Tinh Bien district, An Giang province.
