Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has approved the investment policy of an international golf course project, an auxiliary service area, and a resort in Vinh Xuan commune, Phu Vang district, Thua Thien Hue province. The project covers a scale of 127.68 hectares, with a total investment of 130 million USD. The project starts in the first quarter of 2021 and will be put into use in 2024.

The Prime Minister asked the People's Committee of Thua Thien - Hue province to be responsible for the data reported work. In addition, the People's Committee of Thua Thien - Hue province is comprehensively responsible for the contents related to land allocation, land lease, change of land use purpose to investors to ensure the implementation of the project, in accordance with current law.

At the same time, the Prime Minister assigned the People's Committee of Thua Thien - Hue province to direct functional agencies to monitor, inspect and supervise the project implementation in accordance with the law on investment, construction, land, forestry, industry, environmental resources, and other relevant laws. The process must be carried on according to the committed schedule. The People's Committee of Thua Thien - Hue province checks and supervises the exploitation of water resources and the discharge of wastewater into water sources (if any) in accordance with the law during the project implementation.

The Government also requires that in the process of implementation, all activities must stay compliant with current law. At the same time, the concerned agencies must ensure full implementation of equity and mobilized capital in accordance with the law to implement the project according to the committed schedule.
