Viet Beauty into Top 20 of Swimsuit Competition at Miss Grand International

Thuy Tien leads the way for her swimsuit performance. A photo featuring her posing in a swimsuit receives 4.5 million shares, nearly 254,000 comments on Facebook, and over 60,000 likes on Instagram, VOV reported.

The others to make the Top 10 of the swimsuit segment include the beauties from Cambodia, Indonesia, Guatemala, Myanmar, the Philippines, Bolivia, Paraguay, Mexico, and Nicaragua.

Tien is notable for making the Top 5 of Miss Vietnam 2018. She later went on to represent the country whilst competing at Miss International 2018, a global competition held in Tokyo, Japan.

The Vietnamese representative takes part in a diverse range of activities alongside 59 contestants at Miss Grand International 2021.

The entrants will now vie in the national costume competition on November 30, followed by the semi-final night and grand final on December 2 and December 4, respectively.

| Tien won the title of Beauty of Mercy at the Miss Vietnam 2018 pageant and represented Vietnam at Miss International 2018 but did not win any title. She has a sharp face, sexy body with measurements of 83-62-92 cm, which are very suitable with the criteria of the Miss Grand International, Vietnamnet reported. Besides experience learned from the Miss International 2018 contest, Thuy Tien is fluent in English and has hosted big events such as the red carpet at the semi-finals and final of Miss Vietnam 2020. She can sing and dance, and has good catwalk skills. |
| Miss Grand International is one of the six major global beauty contests which is held annually, alongside Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss International, Miss Earth, and Miss Supranational. This year competition will be held on October 25 in Thailand. |
